Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to show parents how to sign up for an observer account. For this account to be made you will need an email address and a pairing code that the student can generate. 

To generate a Pairing Code

• Access your students account by having them log into canvas.

• Click on the profile picture in the top left and select "Settings"

• On the right side of the page select "Pair with Observer" and copy that code produced.

To create Observer Account

• Navigate to the Davinci Academy Website: https://www.davinciacademy.org/
• Hover over 'Logins' and select 'Canvas Logins'

• Click "Parent of a Canvas User? Click Here For an Account"

• Input your Name and email, and create a password for the account

• Input Pairing code copied from students account

To add other students

• On your observer dashboard select your students name.

• Click "+ Add Student"

• Enter Pairing Code from their account and click pair
