Starting at the login page, do not log in, but instead do these steps:


1. Press ctrl+shift+alt+r all at the same time.

2. When it asks if you want to reset / powerwash the computer, select "yes".

3. Wait ~2 minutes for the Chromebook to reset.

4. Once it is done resetting, click through the startup screens (select "no" on Chromevox if it asks) and then login with your student's DaVinci email. 


Once this is done, the Chromebook will connect to home Wi-Fi again. If there are any issues after trying these steps, please send an email to help@mydasa.org.
